Although it may not be what the people over at the Corn Refiners Association would like you to believe, HFCS is worse for you than table sugar--and no amount of media spin can prove that wrong.

The don't seem to realize that HFC syrup is like crack cocaine. While the body might be fine with you chewing on a coca leaf...it gets a bit cranky when you artificially concentrate the stuff into crack. Same with HFC syrup. Corn good, super concentrated sugar from corn- BAD!!

Corn is good as long as it's not been genetically engineered/modified by Monsanto.
